Spy is a party game played on one phone. There is no account, no sign-up and no advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and the app does not ask for tracking permission.
Player names, game settings, scores and the packs you write yourself are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us.
To understand whether the game works, the app sends a few anonymous events to Amplitude, our analytics provider: that a match started (game mode, number of players, spies, minutes and packs), that a round or match ended, that the rules or the purchase screen were opened, and that a purchase was completed (which plan). Along with them Amplitude receives technical data: a random device identifier, device model, iOS version, app version, language, and an approximate country/city derived from the IP address.
This data is not linked to your name, email or any account, is not used for advertising, and is not sold or shared with data brokers. It is used only to improve the game.
Spy Plus (weekly or yearly subscription) and Spy Forever (one-time purchase) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether a purchase is active. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use: Apple Standard EULA.
Spy is a general-audience party game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To ask us to delete analytics data associated with your device, write to the email below.
